23 Minibus Lites for Matrix Academy—No Problem
1 minute read time
When schools come to us asking for one or two Minibus Lites, we typically handle it with ease—it’s a straightforward request. But when Matrix Academy approached us with an order for 23 units, we treated it like any other: “No problem.”
Design-wise, the academy requested something special. All 23 vehicles were to be outfitted with roof ladders and roof racks, and each one needed to be individually sign-written and numbered for easy identification and operational clarity.
The Minibus Lite stands out for its blend of safety, accessibility, and convenience. Built on a Peugeot Boxer or Deliver 9 base, it’s a lightweight, European Whole Vehicle Type Approved school bus—so lightweight that it can be driven on a standard car licence without D1 entitlement (depending on specification), saving schools thousands in D1 licence training and costs.
The Minibus Lite has been rigorously safety-tested—more so than any other lightweight minibus of its class—and is even a Peugeot-validated conversion
